Alpha Technology, LLC successfully completed its first well cleanout with precise metering and direct injection of particulate suspension FR with the AT Viper®. With the addition of particulate FR capability, the AT Viper® has nearly two years of successful water property modification through precise metering, mixing, and injecting of emulsion FR, pipe-on-pipe lubricant, scale and corrosion inhibitor, biocide, and now particulate suspension FR.

Since January 2019, Alpha Technology, LLC has been successfully operating the AT Viper mobile, chemical injection/mixing system in parts of North Dakota and Montana. During these past nine months of operation, the AT Viper has successfully assumed its role of monitoring, metering, mixing, and injection of wellbore chemicals for over 70 wells. We are proud to report that during the completion of these 70+ wells, the AT Viper has provided our customer with decreased cost in terms of reduced chemical use and faster well completion times.

Currently, Alpha Technology, LLC is on schedule to complete and deploy two additional AT Viper systems to the field by the end of 2019. The addition of these two AT Viper systems will allow Alpha Technology, LLC to expand its cost-saving services throughout the oil and gas industry.

January 7, 2019

Alpha Technology left Butte and headed to North Dakota to test the AT Viper, a unit that allows autonomous process control and data collection for well completions. The AT Viper, based on patent-pending intellectual property, was successfully demonstrated and put into service as a cost-saving well completion technology. We appreciate the valuable collaborations with our trusted partners and welcome further opportunities to provide similar cost-saving technology across the oil and gas industry.

The engineers at Alpha Tech are creating a system for field deployment in January 2019. The new system provides reduction in cost through process control and data collection.
